Professional staff includes: Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses , Physical therapists, Home Health Aides, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Medical Social Workers.

Unified Home Care provides 24 hour coverage, seven days a week. A Registered Nurse is on call at all times to assist with patient’s needs. Referrals for home health services must be made by a physician, discharge planner, or medical social worker. Charges for home health services are reimbursed through Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, managed care contracts, and self pay. Care is provided to all individuals who qualify for home health services regardless of their ability to pay.
